WINNING A GOAL

WINNING A GOAL
by
Renee-Marie Roy

As a writer, you set goals. You write them on paper. A coule came true and I spoke at a Writer's Groups in TN ( Smoky Moutain Romance Writer's Group) and HeartLA a Romance Writer's Group in Louisiana. It was thrilling. My topic: IS IS LOVE? I used movie clips from CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, YOURS MINE AND OURS, THE MUMMY RETURNS, BABY BOOM, and SHEANDHOAH.
What I'm trying to say, don't give up on your dream and goals. They do come true.
I'd like to add, in the past, I've won over 38 awards Nation-wide. If you'd like, here are a few of my awards.
Hugs,

AN ASPIRING WRITER

AN ASPIRING WRITER

There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great and no tonic so powerful as an expectation of being published. It is hope, talent, and guts that insures the successful outcome of my venture. I suggest that whatever you do, you do it with all that you have in you. If you are sleeping, sleep well. If you are playing, play well. If you are working on that great novel, give the best that is in you, remembering that in the last analysis the real satisfactions in life comes not from money and things, but from the realization of a job well done. Go on your way in peace. Be of good courage. Hold fast, that which is good. Render to no man evil for evil. Strengthen the fainthearted. Support the weak.

Hugs,
